SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
Deliveries from zeyelo.com purchase will be made to the address on your order form. We will try to complete and deliver your order as soon as possible from the date your payment is confirmed. However, subject to delays outside our control, the overall delivery period could delay. If so, we will send you an email to inform you. Once the package is shipped from Zeyelo wood sunglasses, it is no longer the responsibility of Zeyelo. Delays resulting from the carrier will be handled in a timely manner but are not the responsibility of the Website.
SHIPPING DELAYS
It is important that you enter your address correctly. Failure to input any part of your address will cause delays in your shipment and create added expense for your product. Zeyelo wood sunglasses will not refund or exchange products that were shipped to an address that was missing information consequently making them undeliverable.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
We try to process orders quickly so that you don’t have to wait. However, if you would like to change or cancel your order, email us at orders@zeyelo.com with the subject line “Change Order” or “Cancel Order” and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Zeyelo is not responsible for any actions taken by customs offices or the chosen package delivery service. Zeyelo has no control over this. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment.
